Hello to all my fans!!

The last few years has been a roller coaster for me. I must admit, my weight loss journey was not as simple as I thought it would be. I fell off the wagon a few times and endured a lot of personal ups and downs.

I don’t want to go into major details, but each hurdle I had to overcome it only made me stronger and a better person.

Recently I was rejected by Alitalia and Delta to fly to Rome to appear on a major television show. It was hurtful and very difficult to understand why they did not let me fly. I had not only 2 seats, but 3 seats booked. Go figure! I really felt disrespected and humiliated.
As you all can imagine it is a huge concern for me and my team to deal with such a horrific situation.

However this incident gave me another push and I am back on my weight loss journey and this time I started on my own and hope to stay on the road to success. It is not easy and being a prisoner in your own body for sure sets the mood in whatever I am doing. I have to break free from my prison.

I know I can lose weight on my own to a certain degree, but when it starts to get more difficult, that is when I usually lose the control over my weight loss. I am asking for your help and support. Reach out to me if you think you can and want to help me.
